Responsibilities:
Project Oversight
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities and operations, and monitor project progress to ensure it meets approved standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, and professional requirements across all sites with ongoing projects.
- Identify and resolve construction issues or delays promptly.
Team Management
- Direct and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow across all sites with ongoing projects.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate priorities and updates.
- Provide guidance and training to site personnel across all sites.
- Address performance issues and ensure adequate staffing levels for project demands.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on practical experience in construction, preferably a graduate of Building Technology from a reputable Polytechnic
- Candidate must be a resident of Abuja and available to resume immediately.
