We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Coordinator to manage day-to-day site activities for interior design and fit-out projects. This role focuses on execution, coordination, tracking, and accountability, ensuring projects run according to plan, timeline, and quality standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Site Coordination & Supervision
- Coordinate daily activities of artisans and vendors on-site
- Ensure tasks are executed in the correct sequence (POP → Electrical → Painting → Furniture → Curtains, etc.)
- Prevent clashes between trades and downtime on site
Project Tracking & Reporting
- Update the Project Tracker daily (Actual Start, Actual End, Status, Delays)
- Flag overdue or delayed tasks early with reasons and proposed solutions
- Ensure work progresses according to the approved Project Plan
- Attendance & Workforce Monitoring
- Record daily artisan attendance (entry/exit dates and times)
- Track overnight work where applicable
- Ensure accurate reporting of man-hours worked
Materials & Vendor Coordination
- Track material requirements based on the project plan
- Follow up on material orders and deliveries
- Escalate delays in materials immediately to management
- Ensure artisans do not stall work due to avoidable material issues
- Quality Control
- Monitor quality of workmanship (POP, painting, carpentry, electrical, etc.)
- Identify defects early and ensure corrections are made
- Ensure site cleanliness and order during execution
Communication
- Provide daily updates (photos + brief summary)
- Communicate clearly with artisans and vendors
- Represent the company professionally during site visits
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology / Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (related Engineering field), Urban & Regional Planning, OR A recognized certification or formal training in Interior Design, with demonstrable site or project execution experience.
- Relevant site coordination, construction, or interior fit-out experience will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good understanding of interior construction workflow
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and structured trackers
- Firm, confident, and proactive (not passive)
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and handle pressure
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating interior design or construction projects
- Prior experience working with artisans and vendors
- Basic technical knowledge of materials and finishes
age.
