Architect

• Develop architectural design concepts and prepare detailed architectural drawings.
  
• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D design drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
  
• Prepare architectural layouts, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
  
• Assist in preparing design presentations, visualizations, and project documentation for clients and internal teams.
  
• Collaborate with civil engineers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure design coordination.
  
• Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  
• Review building materials and construction techniques to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  
• Assist in preparing design revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.
  
• Ensure architectural drawings comply with local building regulations and standards.
  
• Support the project team in maintaining proper documentation and records of design updates.
  

• Minimum of 1–2 years post-graduation experience in architecture or architectural design.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
  
• Ability to prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
  
• Good understanding of site coordination and basic construction processes.
  
• Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 per month
