Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of architectural concepts, designs, and construction drawings.
• Review and approve architectural plans, specifications, and design documentation within the scope of the role.
• Coordinate with civil and building engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with approved designs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, planning requirements, and safety standards.
• Manage design timelines, project deliverables, and client expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Extensive relevant architectural experience, including project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction documentation, and building materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant architectural software.
• Excellent design, leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of construction standards and applicable building regulations.
• Professional registration with ARCON is an advantage and may be required for regulated professional duties.
• Must be willing to work in Awka, Anambra State.
