Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural designs and detailed building plans.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D building models.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations.
- Recommend suitable construction materials and finishes.
- Prepare project documentation and progress reports.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and agreed timelines.
Requirements:
- Degree in architecture or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
- Knowledge of building construction and design principles.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant professional registration where required.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000-350,000 Monthly
