Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans for residential, commercial, and other building projects based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.
- Consult with clients to understand project objectives, design preferences, budgets, and functional requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate site conditions, measurements, and construction feasibility.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, planning regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Collaborate with structural engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, interior designers, and other professionals throughout project development.
- Select appropriate building materials, finishes, and construction methods based on design requirements, durability, and cost considerations.
Requirements:
- 2 Years of demonstrated expertise in Revit, Rhino3D, and Vectorworks with hands-on experience delivering full architectural projects.*
- Ability to develop detailed 3D models and translate concepts into construction-ready drawings.*
- Experience with AI-driven design tools or digital workflow research.*
- Background in teaching, documenting, or standardizing architectural processes.*
