Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements and the project
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Produce 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using architectural software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design integrity
- Review contractor drawings and material submissions
- Present design proposals to clients
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
