Responsibilities:
- Develop creative architectural concepts and design proposals for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and detailed design documentation.
- Produce high-quality 3D models and visual renderings for client presentations.
- Translate client requirements into practical and visually compelling design solutions.
- Collaborate with project architects, engineers, and other consultants during the design development process.
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Participate in design reviews and present concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design within a construction or real estate firm.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity and architectural visualization skills.
- Proficiency in *AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other architectural visualization tools*.
- Strong design thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
