Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved engineering drawings and specifications.
- Interpret and review structural and architectural drawings to guide site operations.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure projects are delivered within schedule and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure proper quality control procedures are implemented during construction.
- Prepare project reports, site updates, and technical documentation.
- Identify construction challenges and recommend practical engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and labor resources to ensure efficiency.
- Support project planning, cost estimation, and execution processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–8 years relevant work experience in civil engineering or building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and construction drawings.
- Experience with quality control processes and construction standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong reporting and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Location: Lagos State
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 per month
