Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and 3D models for new architectural projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents using CAD and design software
- Translate project requirements and management briefs into practical, buildable designs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Research and recommend materials, finishes, and architectural trends suitable for each project.
- Present design concepts and project proposals to management or clients.
- Revise designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of design files, drawings, and project specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in architectural design or construction (depending on your requirement).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or other architectural design tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
