Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with architects, surveyors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure that safety standards and procedures are strictly followed on the site.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to on-site problems.
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
• Assist in scheduling and budgeting of project activities.
• Ensure quality control and supervise testing of materials and structures.
• Provide regular updates to the project manager and escalate critical issues as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of site engineering experience in real estate or construction.
• Proficient in construction software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
