We are recruiting proactive, smart and customer-centric Shelf Attendants to assist daily customer sales, maintain shelf allocation, and merchandising for our supermarket. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude and is responsible for ensuring product organization, visibility, and consistently enhancing the customer experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in locating products when required.
- Engage with all customers in a very friendly, professional and polite manner.
- Arrange, restock, and label products on shelves according to our display standards.
- Check and report low or out-of-stock items for replenishment.
- Verify product expiry dates and remove expired or damaged items promptly.
- Ensure shelves, aisles, and product areas are clean, tidy, and free of obstructions.
- Support inventory counts and stock-taking activities.
- Support cashiers and other floor staff to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene policies within the store.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND/HND or equivalent qualification required
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a shelf attendant or sales representative.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible hours, weekends & holidays — a combination of opening & closing shifts
- Proven customer service or retail experience
- Great attention to detail and confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, confident, and attention to detail.
Rotating Shift Schedule:
Opening Shift: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Closing Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
