Job Summary
This is a part-time position that will require you to TAKE ON a maximum of 3 presentation drawings in a month with an average turn-around time of 7-10 working days depending on the project brief.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take on 3 Presentation drawings per month.
- Each presentation is to be delivered with 3D exteriors, Floor, and site Plans
- Take on 3D render exercises as a direct substitute for a presentation drawing quota slot in the event of the slot’s non-usage.
- ETA to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Deliver an average turn-around time of 7 days for each presentation drawing, or as otherwise agreed for more complex multi-unit projects
Requirements:
- Diploma in architecture, engineering, design, or similar.
- A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
- In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
- Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
