- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects, fostering skill development within the team.
- Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Ensure all designs and construction details adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers to resolve design and technical challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, focusing on interior fit-outs and joinery detailing.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Professional certification or registration is an added advantage.
