Role Description This full-time, on-site Security Guard role is based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Security Guard will monitor premises, control access points, and ensure that only authorized individuals enter designated areas. Daily tasks include conducting patrols, identifying and reporting suspicious activities, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate logs of security events. The role also involves assisting visitors, providing basic customer service support, and cooperating with other security and management personnel to uphold safety policies and procedures. Security Guards are expected to follow company protocols, use security equipment appropriately, and represent Kingstech Security in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Candidates should possess physical security skills, including premises monitoring, access control, and basic emergency response.
• Candidates should possess personnel security and private security skills, with an understanding of safeguarding people, information, and property.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to remain alert, calm, and decisive under pressure, with good observation and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, incident documentation, and use of CCTV or other security systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
