Job Description/Requirements
- Greet visitors and guests and direct them to the right person or department.
- Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
- Manage inbound communication, such as phone calls and messages, e-mails, and letters.
- Provides clerical support, such as typing, filing, copying, data entry, and record keeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Receive, process mail, and distribute.
- Order and maintain supplies for the dealership.
- Answer customer service calls.
- Assist dealership employees with administrative duties.
- Review documentation to match with the sale of vehicles.
- Academic qualification of either an HND or B.SC.
- 1 - 3 years of experience
- Past experience working in a car dealership/automobile will be an added advantage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and working knowledge of computers.
- Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
- Good attitude, character, and behavior.
