Our client is looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. This candidate will coordinate the day-to-day administration of the office with functions cutting across secretarial, basic accounting, human resource support, facility management and compliance

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as central communication point Â
- Oversee general office administration.Â
- Oversee the management of the physical structure and environment Â
- Oversee water & sanitation, waste management, power, security, cleanliness and aesthetics of the office.Â
- Keep a database of, and interface with service providers.Â
- Receive and keep records of all incoming and outgoing official correspondence (calls, mails, letters and visits etc.).
- Asset management (storage, maintenance, Books/Library, Phones, lap tops, desktops, equipment (Routine review and updating using stipulated guidelines)Â
- Physical and E- Filling and Documentation.Â
- General Secretarial functions.Â
- Access/attendance tracking
- Event and dispatch administrationÂ
- Book keeping- Track and keep records of all financial transactions.Â
- Routine reporting on expenses and income.Â
- Raising and documenting invoices and receipts.Â
- Follow up on all debts & outstanding paymentsÂ
- Prepare salary schedule & pay slipsÂ
- Act as contact person for all bank correspondences.Â
- Following up on tax, pension and other routine statutory remittancesÂ
- Provide in-house support for external auditors.Â
- Other relevant accounting functions as the organization may deem fit.Â
- Support recruitment processes (Permanent, fixed term or temporary contracts).Â
- Staff welfare (HMO, confirmation, routine evaluation, leave, holidays, birthdays, notable and rewards)Â
- Support and monitor the implementation of organizational policies.Â
- Provide minutes of meeting and follow up on reports and deadlines. Â
- Other responsibilities as the management may deem fit from time to time.Â
- Diary keeping/monitoring for managementÂ
- Coordinate all support staff, interns/NYSC members, short contracts & consultantsÂ
- Track routine statutory /regulatory compliance.Â
- Provide basic business support Â
- Support communication monitoring -Calls/website/social media/newsletter/telephone/Â
- Data administrationÂ
Requirements:
- First degree in any discipline from an accredited institution in a relevant fieldÂ
- 4 years demonstrated experience in a similar role.Â
- Expert use of MS office suiteÂ
- Project Management or additional certification in a relevant field is not Mandatory but will be considered.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000
