Job Summary

Our client is looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. This candidate will coordinate the day-to-day administration of the office with functions cutting across secretarial, basic accounting, human resource support, facility management and compliance

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 4 years

Job Description/Requirements


  • Serve as central communication point  
  • Oversee general office administration. 
  • Oversee the management of the physical structure and environment  
  • Oversee water & sanitation, waste management, power, security, cleanliness and aesthetics of the office. 
  • Keep a database of, and interface with service providers. 
  • Receive and keep records of all incoming and outgoing official correspondence (calls, mails, letters and visits etc.).
  • Asset management (storage, maintenance, Books/Library, Phones, lap tops, desktops, equipment (Routine review and updating using stipulated guidelines) 
  • Physical and E- Filling and Documentation. 
  • General Secretarial functions. 
  • Access/attendance tracking
  • Event and dispatch  administration 
  • Book keeping- Track and keep records of all financial transactions. 
  • Routine reporting on expenses and income. 
  • Raising and documenting invoices and receipts. 
  • Follow up on all debts & outstanding payments 
  • Prepare salary schedule & pay slips 
  • Act as contact person for all bank correspondences. 
  • Following up on tax, pension and other routine statutory remittances 
  • Provide in-house support for external auditors. 
  • Other relevant accounting functions as the organization may deem fit. 
  • Support recruitment processes (Permanent, fixed term or temporary contracts). 
  • Staff welfare (HMO, confirmation, routine evaluation, leave, holidays, birthdays, notable and rewards) 
  • Support and monitor the implementation of organizational policies. 
  • Provide minutes of meeting and follow up on reports and deadlines.  
  • Other responsibilities as the management may deem fit from time to time. 
  • Diary keeping/monitoring for management 
  • Coordinate all support staff, interns/NYSC members, short contracts & consultants 
  • Track routine statutory /regulatory compliance. 
  • Provide basic business support  
  • Support communication monitoring -Calls/website/social media/newsletter/telephone/ 
  • Data administration 


  • First degree in any discipline from an accredited institution in a relevant field 
  • 4 years demonstrated experience in a similar role. 
  • Expert use of MS office suite 
  • Project Management or additional certification in a relevant field is not Mandatory but will be considered.


  • Excellent communication, organization, decision-making, process management 
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, tech savvy, business acumen, problem solving 
  • Great customer service, interpersonal skills  and Time management

Remuneration: NGN
250,000 - 300,000
