Job Summary
Our Client is a multifaceted professional and entrepreneur that manages multiple businesses in the hospitality industry and an e-commerce business and is looking for a Personal Assistant to the MD that would serve as a support staff to all aspects of her personal and professional life. The ideal candidate will have some experience under her belt; will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact as you deal with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for her attention.
- Manage calendar and organize meetings and appointments where necessary.
- Organize events, courses/workshops.
- Prompt/remind her of important tasks and deadlines.
- Compile and prepare reports where necessary.
- Implement and maintain existing procedures and admin.
- Run errands as requested, assist with shopping, travel booking & reservations.
- Assist in packing customer orders, liaising with delivery vendors and Inventory Management
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, clients & customers. This includes following up on pending tasks and deliverables with team members on her behalf or managing communications and deadlines.
- Conserve her time by reading researching on Market trends & insights, BizDev methods, and creative ideas.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support her, which will vary according to the role she is executing.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a BSc. Degree
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to skilfully juggle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility and resourcefulness
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn new things and tackle new projects and ideas.
Working Hours: Hybrid (9am -5pm)
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000
Location: V.I
Availability to start as soon as possible
