Job Summary

Our Client is a multifaceted professional and entrepreneur that manages multiple businesses in the hospitality industry and an e-commerce business and is looking for a Personal Assistant to the MD that would serve as a support staff to all aspects of her personal and professional life. The ideal candidate will have some experience under her belt; will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact as you deal with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for her attention.
  • Manage calendar and organize meetings and appointments where necessary.
  • Organize events, courses/workshops.
  • Prompt/remind her of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Compile and prepare reports where necessary.
  • Implement and maintain existing procedures and admin.
  • Run errands as requested, assist with shopping, travel booking & reservations.
  • Assist in packing customer orders, liaising with delivery vendors and Inventory Management
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, clients & customers. This includes following up on pending tasks and deliverables with team members on her behalf or managing communications and deadlines.
  • Conserve her time by reading researching on Market trends & insights, BizDev methods, and creative ideas.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support her, which will vary according to the role she is executing.


Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of a BSc. Degree
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to skilfully juggle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
  • A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn new things and tackle new projects and ideas.


Working Hours: Hybrid (9am -5pm)


Remuneration: NGN
100,000 - 120,000


Location
: V.I
