Job Summary

The Business Development Officer at Boston Technical Training Center is responsible for driving growth and expansion by identifying, developing, and executing strategic initiatives to attract students and corporate clients for our technical training programs. This role involves market analysis, lead generation, client relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business development goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities for technical training programs in the area of operations.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and partnerships with local businesses and educational institutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing students, corporate clients, and educational partners. Understand their training needs and customize solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Program Promotion: Develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to promote technical training programs to individuals and organizations. Showcase the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and industry associations to expand our reach and promote our training programs.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the admissions team to support enrollment efforts. Provide assistance in the admissions process, conduct informational sessions, and address inquiries from prospective students and corporate clients.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events such as workshops, seminars, and open houses to showcase our training facilities and engage with potential students and clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities. Track progress against targets and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Remuneration: NGN
50,000 - 70,000
