Script & Shoot Coordinator
Job summary
This is an execution-focused role, bridging scripts and on-set production. You are not the creative decision-maker; your responsibility is to translate defined ideas into clear, shootable actions. We welcome recent graduates from language, translation, history, culture, or media-related majors if you fully accept our methodology.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize shooting scripts based on existing frameworks and templates
- Communicate clearly with actors and cinematographers during shoots
- Ensure on-set execution follows structure, rhythm, and delivery standards
- Assist with on-set documentation to ensure footage is usable and reusable
Requirements:
- Clear English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong willingness to follow methodologies, SOPs, and templates
- Ability to stay calm and precise under on-set pressure
- Submission of writing/script or content-related work

Compensation:
- Full-time only
- Renumeration: NGN 220,000 – NGN 320,000 / month
- 2-month probation with clear output standards
- Not meeting standards → no extension
