Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure client needs are met.
- Stay up to date with market
trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of Email marketing (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as required.
