JOB OPPORTUNITY: SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Compensation: ₦350,000 gross per month

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing real estate firm located in Lekki Phase 1, is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead its sales efforts and grow its client base. This role sits at the intersection of deal-making and brand building - you will be responsible for bringing in business, managing client relationships, and ensuring the firm is visible and credible in the market.

What You Will Do

Sales

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the firm's property portfolio
• Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
• Maintain a healthy, structured pipeline and report on it regularly
• Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and referrals
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing plans that generate awareness and inbound interest
• Manage the firm's presence across digital channels - website, social media, email
• Produce or coordinate marketing materials: brochures, listings, proposals, campaigns
• Track and report on marketing performance and adjust based on results

General

• Represent the firm professionally at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Provide market intelligence - what competitors are doing, what clients are saying, where the opportunities are
• Work closely with leadership to align sales and marketing activity with business goals

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development - real estate or related sector preferred
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and hit targets
• Strong communicator - written, verbal, and presentation
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
• An active professional network in Lagos is a strong advantage

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage

Compensation

₦350,000 gross per month + performance-based incentives
