Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to expand business opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through excellent account management.
- Track sales performance using spreadsheets, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, admin) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in sales and/or marketing, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000 (Negotiable)
