Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate and close property sales with both existing and prospective clients.
- Actively follow up on leads through client inspections, cold calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Utilize innovative strategies to boost property sales via digital and social media channels.
- List and update property details accurately across all company marketing platforms.
- Maintain and grow the customer base through excellent client engagement and after-sales support.
- Develop and execute effective market strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and client feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property or real estate sales is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the Lekki and Ajah real estate market.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong use of social media and digital platforms for business promotion.
- Must reside within the Lekki or Ajah axis.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals.
- High level of initiative and result-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational and client relationship management skills.
