The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, closing property sales, and achieving weekly/monthly sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to convert prospects into paying clients.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and convert leads through calls, social media, fieldwork, and referrals.
- Present property offerings to clients and conduct site inspections.
- Follow up with prospects consistently and update CRM/sales records.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Prepare sales reports and meet monthly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally during marketing campaigns and property tours.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements:
- OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc. in any field.
- 2+ years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in marketing and the ability to meet targets.
- Must be active on social media (advantage).
Incentives: 10% Commission on each closed deal
