Job Title: Sales Executive

Role Summary 

 

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business revenue for Enrol Web Services by identifying prospects, managing leads, presenting company solutions, and converting opportunities into paying customers. The role focuses on active selling, relationship management, and revenue growth across EnrolWeb’s services including domains, hosting, cloud solutions, email services, website development, and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
  2. Identify and approach potential customers through outbound sales activities.
  3. Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
  4. Follow up consistently on inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
  5. Sales Conversion
  6. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate EnrolWeb solutions.
  7. Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
  8. Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations where required. 
  9. Close sales and secure customer commitment.
  10. Pipeline Management
  11. Maintain an active and organized sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  12. Track prospects from lead → opportunity → closed deal.
  13. Update CRM with notes, activities, and deal status.
  14. Customer Relationship Management
  15. Maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  16. Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
  17. Coordinate with the technical support team for smooth onboarding of new customers.
  18. Revenue Growth
  19. Work towards achieving assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  20. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing customers.
  21. Sales Reporting
  22. Provide weekly updates on leads generated, deals in pipeline, closed sales, and revenue generated.

  1. Number of new leads generated
  2. Number of qualified opportunities created
  3. Monthly revenue closed
  4. Sales conversion rate
  5. CRM pipeline discipline
  6. Customer acquisition growth


 

Required Skills

  1. Strong communication and persuasion skills
  2. Ability to build relationships with clients
  3. Understanding of technology solutions
  4. Ability to use CRM tools
  5. Negotiation and closing skills
