Job Summary

We require a sales executive for our IT/Security equipment business for items such as access control, CCTV, Fire alarms, Switches etc. The personnel will be responsible for managing our online and offline customers, getting new partners to purchase our equipment, managing our contact list, provide basic customer service support and work independent.

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

The preferred candidate must possess the following

  • Be passionate about selling.
  • Possess a minimum of 1-year experience selling IT / Security related equipment
  • Possess good writing and oral communication skill
  • Can manage online accounts such as Instagram, Twitter, Google and online  stores etc
  • Possess good cold calling skills on potential partners
  • Be very personable and possess good social skills
