Sales Generation:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to promote travel packages and services.
- Identify customer needs and preferences, and tailor travel solutions to meet their requirements.
- Present and effectively communicate the features and benefits of travel products, including destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
- Close sales by persuasively overcoming objections and negotiating terms to secure bookings.
Customer Service:
- Provide personalized assistance and advice to clients throughout the booking process, offering recommendations and guidance on travel itineraries, visa requirements, travel insurance, and other related services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for information, resolving issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after their travel experiences to address any concerns and solicit feedback.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Develop a network of contacts within the travel industry, including hotels, airlines, tour operators, and destination management companies, to leverage partnerships and enhance product offerings.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's brand and establish connections with potential clients and suppliers.
Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards, ensuring ethical conduct and adherence to industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 years of working experience
