Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Life Planners to identify and pursue new sales career opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.

  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote our financial services
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the team's overall revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market development.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in financial services or a related field
  • Proven sales track record, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of financial services, including banking, investments, and insurance
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, marketing)
