Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound WhatsApp & Instagram leads using closing scripts
- Guide customers through frame selection and lens options
- Upsell lens types and coatings
- Handle objections and secure payments same-day
- Prepare order summaries and delivery details accurately
- Track leads, follow-ups, and daily closing performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience closing sales through WhatsApp DMs
- Strong written communication and speed typing skills
- Proven ability to handle price objections professionally
- Confidence asking for payment and closing same-day
- Must be available to work regular business hours: 9am–5pm, Monday–Saturday. Future shift adjustments may apply as the team grows.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 base salary plus monthly performance bonuses based on closed orders
