Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Candidate Management:
- Keep in regular contact with candidates from sourcing to placement
- Pre-screen candidates before the interview for suitability against requirements received from the client
- Shortlist candidates matching clients' requirements
- Coach candidates on interviewing skills
- Ensure relevant candidates pools are shared with other recruiters and when required
Client Management:
- Together with the Business Development Consultants to identify their needs and provide continuous feedback on progress
- Qualify the job description by means of pre-consultation meetings with respective clients to gain clarity on the roles being worked on.
- Develop custom research methodology, and relevant recruitment strategies for open vacancies - ensuring that the best search methodologies are used.
- Maintain quality on delivery within agreed parameters and time frames
- Provide timely and thorough communication with regard to search activity and status on projects.
Functional:
- Report on market insights including, but not limited to: salaries, industry movements, etc.
- Provide feedback to the Head of Recruitment around progress on all recruitment deals
- Advise and close on relevant clients deals together with the Head of Sales and or Business Development Consultants
- Manage all clients through the ATS to ensure consistency
- Advertising of roles as and when required
- Head Hunting of candidates is done so in a professional manner
- Feedback to all unsuccessful candidates
- The first day calls to candidates to ensure that they have started at the client
- Reference checks are completed if and when required
Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years experience in a recruitment function, agency, or in house
- Human Resources or business-related degree is beneficial
- Extensive knowledge of sourcing methodologies
- HR certification is an added advantage
