Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for top talent attraction.
- Manage full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
- Identify high-potential employees and create talent development plans.
- Implement succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Maintain an effective employment pipeline and talent pool.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Time to hire, cost per hire, offer acceptance rate, retention rate.

Training & Development:
- Conduct training needs assessments and design relevant programs.
- Deliver training sessions and evaluate effectiveness.
- Create career development plans for employees.
- Promote continuous learning culture
- KPI: Training ROI.

Performance Management:
- Design and implement robust performance appraisal system
- Train managers on performance evaluation techniques.
- Plan and coordinate performance appraisal meetings
- Address performance issues and support underperforming employees.
- KPI: Timely performance reviews.

HR Information Systems (HRIS):
- Assess HRIS needs and implement suitable software solutions.
- Ensure HRIS data security and compliance
- Provide training and support on HRIS utilization
- KPI: HRIS data accuracy.

HR Compliance & Documentation:
- Review and update personnel documentation: contracts, policies, procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- KPIs: Compliance audit result, documentation accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any of the Humanities.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles in a service or consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Must possess a HR Certification. CIPM is a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
