Job Summary
We are looking for a pleasant and friendly front desk representative to join our team! As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for different receptionist and clerical duties at our office. As the front-line employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office. Some of their duties include answering customer questions, offering customer support, guiding and advising customers, keeping the front office clean and representative, and following the agendas and scripts.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Answer phones in a professional manner, screen calls, take messages, and forward calls to employees.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate employee or keep the messages.
- Direct and assist guests in finding their way around the office with a polite and professional attitude.
- Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and employees.
- Keep the front desk clean, tidy, and supplied with all the necessary supplies.
- Answer customers' questions in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Receive letters, and packages and send them to appropriate employees.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail on time.
- Check, sort, and forward emails to the appropriate employee.
- Contact employees regarding their visitors.
- Perform general administrative duties and Monitor and update records and files
- Receive, sort, dispatch, and distribution office mail.
- Schedule, set up, and confirm availability of meeting /training rooms.
- Maintain visitor and call logs.
- Schedule, book and confirm appointments.
- Arrange travel, such as booking flights, cars, and hotel reservations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly front desk activity reports.
- Attends meetings, takes meeting notes and produces minutes of meetings.
- Oversee the effective administration of the front desk.
- Attends meetings and takes meeting notes.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in any discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Phone etiquette skills
- Teamwork
- Organizational skills
- Computer Literacy
Location: preferred candidates living around ( Isheri, Magoo estate and berger)
Remuneration: NGN 30,000
