Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote, rent, and sell the company’s properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and investors.
- Participate in property inspections, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
- Post properties regularly on online platforms
- Gather client feedback and provide insights for product and marketing improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and digital teams to align strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an OND
- Be computer literate.
- The ability to drive a car is an advantage.
- Fit and healthy.
- Dress impeccably well.
- A team player.
- A good salesperson with fluent written and spoken English.
- Digital marketing and networking skills.
- Reside in Lagos, preferably close to Lekki.
- Some experience with properties and agencies will be helpful.
- Must be punctual and accountable.
- Knowledge of roads around Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi, and VI is a plus.
