Job descriptions & requirements
- Prepare quantity take-offs and bills of quantities.
- Conduct site measurements and valuation of completed works.
- Monitor project costs and variations.
- Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
- Track materials consumption and cost efficiency.
- Support procurement and contract administration.
- Evaluate subcontractor claims and payments.
- Degree in quantity surveying or construction management.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction cost management.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contracts.
