Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with architectural design development from concept through construction documentation.
- Prepare architectural drawings, details, schedules, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, measurements, and site documentation as required.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and contractor submissions.
- Support project teams in monitoring design quality, construction progress, and compliance with drawings.
- Carry out research on materials, construction methods, products, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain organised project files, drawings, revisions, and documentation.
- Support the Project Architect and wider project team in the delivery of projects from design to completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 0 to 2 years post-graduation experience
- Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge of building construction methods
