Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Handle tender preparation and documentation.
- Estimate quantities and costs of construction materials.
- Monitor project costs and track changes in design or construction.
- Identify and manage financial and construction risks.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, costs, and inventory.
- Collaborate with engineers to manage project timelines, materials, and costs.
- Oversee and document the quality and quantity of materials supplied on-site.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on project needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work both on-site and in an office
environment.
- High level of resilience and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management
tools.
- Good understanding of human and material resource management.
