An experienced Site Engineer to supervise on-site civil and structural construction operations across our active developments in Lagos. You will oversee day-to-day site execution, ensure strict adherence to structural drawings, manage material requisitions, supervise subcontractors and artisans, and enforce quality safety regulations.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Complete site supervision from substructure to superstructure, blockwork, and finishes.
- Interpretation of construction drawings, ensuring zero deviation on site.
- Rigorous material reconciliation and site inventory control to curb waste.
- Subcontractor, artisan, and direct labor coordination to meet strict project timelines.
- Prepare, cross-check, and track daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports against the master project schedule.
- Interface with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA) and Lagos State Safety Commission guidelines
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience
