Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for construction and interior finishing materials.
- Monitor stock levels, material usage, and movement in and out of the warehouse or project sites.
- Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and site teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with records.
- Implement proper storage, labeling, and material handling procedures.
- Prepare inventory reports, identify shortages or wastage, and maintain accountability for company assets.
- Ensure materials are issued based on approved requests and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
