Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall planning, execution, coordination, and completion of construction projects
- Review architectural, structural, and engineering designs and develop detailed project execution plans and schedules.
- Supervise site activities, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, building engineering, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in construction project management
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is required/preferred.
- Registration with relevant Nigerian professional bodies such as COREN and/or Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
- Proficiency in some project management tools
