Responsibilities:

Calculating material quantities, costs, labour costs and achievable timeframes.
Negotiating labour contracts and schedules.
Preparing bill of quantities for ongoing and intending projects
Negotiating and managing procurement processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying
At least 2 years of experience

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 400,000 Monthly
