We're Hiring! Quantity Surveyor with Accounting Expertise (Full-Time – Ibadan). We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with strong accounting and financial skills to join our team in Ibadan.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flows
- Conduct cost planning and control throughout the project lifecycle
- Handle project financial reporting, reconciliations, and performance reviews
- Analyze and optimize all receivables from rent and sales of property as part of the functions.
- Analyze variations, manage billing, and ensure timely invoicing and collections
- Work with contractors and suppliers on pricing, procurement, and valuations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis within the construction or real estate sector
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, budgeting tools, and Excel
- Experience with construction financial management software is a plus
- Attention to detail, high integrity, and strong communication skills
- ICAN/ACCA (in view or completed) is a strong advantage
