- Monitor food preparation and handling to ensure quality standards are met.
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of kitchen, storage, and production areas.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Check raw materials and finished products for quality and freshness.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks and inspections.
- Train and guide staff on quality control and food safety standards.
- Work closely with production and operations teams to improve processes.
- Handle customer complaints related to food quality and resolve promptly.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a Diploma
