Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of guard applicants, conducting and refresher training for guards, teaching security procedures, and on-the-job training.
- Conducting training needs analysis (TNA) through appraisals, surveys, and consultations with managers to identify performance gaps.
- Creating engaging training materials, including workshops, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Conducting training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for new and existing staff.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives using feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis to make improvements.
- Maintaining training records and ensuring all activities remain within financial constraints.
- Ensuring training complies with legal, health, safety, and industry regulations.
Requirement:
- Experience in security operations with professional security certifications is an added advantage.
- Ex-service personnel with several years of opearational experience is a plus.
- Good presentation and report writing skills.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of security regulations in Nigeria.
- Physical fitness and strong disciplinary background,
