Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate products, materials, or services to ensure quality compliance
- Conduct routine inspections, tests, and audits
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from standards
- Document quality issues and prepare detailed reports
- Work with production/operations teams to resolve quality problems
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Assist in developing and improving quality assurance systems
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
- Support internal and external quality audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Science, or related field
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of quality standards and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
