Responsibilities:
- Establishing testing standards
- Introducing scalable testing frameworks
- Ensuring product releases meet high standards of reliability, performance, and usability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Experience designing testing frameworks or improving QA processes.
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience testing APIs and backend systems (e.g., Postman, REST clients).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
