QA Tester

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing across all Bakery POS modules and workflows.
• Test POS transactions, checkout flow, discounts, and payment processing.
• Validate bakery booking and showcase functionalities.
• Test production scheduling, baker workflows, and batch management.
• Verify inventory updates, stock deductions, and raw material tracking.
• Test recipe management, search functionality, and recipe mapping.
• Validate staff scheduling, shift management, and role permissions.
• Test onboarding flows, including registration, shop setup, and guided tours.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track software bugs.
• Create and maintain QA reports, issue trackers, and testing documentation.
• Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or feature deployments.
• Verify dashboard reports, graphs, production data, and sales analytics.
• Test role-based access for Admins, Bakers, Cashiers, and Managers.
• Monitor system performance and report loading or responsiveness issues.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience with manual testing and bug reporting.
• Understanding of POS systems and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with inventory production and scheduling systems.
• Ability to write clear bug reports and reproduction steps.
• Basic understanding of APIs, validations, and database-driven systems.
• Familiarity with functional, regression, UI, and performance testing.
• Experience using issue tracking tools and spreadsheets.
