Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our short let apartments. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing the properties, managing guest relations, coordinating bookings, and ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Property Marketing: Create compelling listings for short-term rentals on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. Develop appealing descriptions and use high-quality photos to attract potential guests.
- Guest Communication: Manage all communications with guests before, during, and after their stay. Respond to inquiries, provide check-in details, and address any issues promptly.
- Booking Management: Oversee the booking process, manage calendars to prevent double bookings, and adjust rates based on demand.
- Cleaning and Maintenance Coordination: Ensure properties are cleaned and maintained between guest stays. Schedule and coordinate repairs and routine maintenance.
- Check-in and Check-out Procedures: Establish and oversee efficient check-in and check-out processes, including self-check-in options or in-person greetings.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure properties adhere to local laws and regulations, including licensing and safety requirements.
- Property Condition Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property remains in excellent condition and address maintenance issues proactively.
- Guest Reviews and Feedback Management: Encourage guests to leave reviews and respond to feedback to enhance the property's online reputation.
- Emergency Handling: Be available to manage emergencies or urgent issues during guest stays.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage necessary supplies such as linens, toiletries, and kitchen essentials.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Financial Management: Assist with rent collection, track expenses, and provide financial reports to property owners.
- Property Upkeep and Improvements: Evaluate properties for potential improvements or upgrades to enhance guest experiences and increase value.
Requirements:
- A minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent in Real Estate, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using property management and marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Location: Lagos Island
Remuneration: NGN 125,000 -150,000 Monthly
