Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote, market, and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Advise clients on property values, investment opportunities, and market trends.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow up on leads to close sales.
- Collaborate with developers, agents, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and client records.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up to date with current property listings, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in property sales or real estate consulting.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Lagos luxury real estate market.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, social media marketing, and property listing platforms.
Remuneration: NGN 750,000 (Net)
Location: Osborne, Ikoyi, Lagos
