Job summary
As a Property & Facility Maintenance Officer, you will be the primary custodian for a designated management pool of premium properties. You will ensure that all assets are functioning at peak efficiency, aesthetics are maintained, and tenant satisfaction remains at an all-time high.

Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Oversight: Conduct regular site inspections and audits across the assigned property pool.
- Maintenance Execution: Coordinate all repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs, ensuring timely completion.
- Vendor Supervision: Manage third-party contractors and artisans, ensuring "value for money" and high-quality craftsmanship.
- Preventative Strategy: Develop and implement rigorous preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and emergency repairs.
- Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries, resolving issues with diplomacy and speed.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, inventory, and expenditure.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of building systems
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Facility Management software
- High integrity, ability to work under pressure, and a sharp eye for detail.
